Training
Training takes place at the Forum Leisure centre in Quarry Hill, Leeds. Every Thrusday 8-10pm and Saturday mornings 10am-1pm. Each session costs £5 but the first session is free. If you're interested in coming down contact us on leedsdemons@hotmail.co.uk
